The Meta-Coaching Model that I brought forth provides a framework and steps for how to lead yourself in decision making, leadership strategies, and professional development that you do for yourself.
As a sole leader in my organization, I do not have peers that I can rely to provide the necessary feedback to grow that I require. Thus, I have built my own structure to gain insight into providing feedback to my own learning. Today, I share this tool with you to enable you to gain from your own insights and build you own base of learning. Of course, this can be applied to colleagues within an organization and used to help grow leaders.
